Ring and Pill Boxes

These ring and pill boxes utilize the "Picture Frame" method discussed in great detail in Chris Stott's book "Turned Boxes, 50 Designs" p. 140. The inserts have chatter work and detail rings. The black insert is African Blackwood in cherry. The red insert is Bloodwood in maple. The stripe on both boxes is Wenge wood.
2" Wide X 1-1/2" High

The lid on a Pill Box is snug fitting, ring boxes are loose fitting. Required skill level is intermediate to advanced.
